Meet the Staff:
Mike J. Moore, MBA, is the Managing Member of MJ Moore & Company, LLC. An accounting graduate from Southern Methodist University of Dallas, Texas, Mr. Moore received his MBA in finance and management from the University of Dallas. He is a graduate of the National Institute for Estate Planners. Mr. Moore is a former adjunct professor at the Community College of Southern Nevada and a former guest lecturer at the WIN Asset Protection Seminars in Las Vegas. In addition to business consulting, his career has included being a cowboy on a working cattle ranch, a trucking company executive, an oil and gas accountant, controller for a financial services company, and both auditor and an operating officer of public companies. As a public company consultant, Mr. Moore successfully took several companies public through “reverse mergers” and IPOs.
Leanne Dunk , has over two decades of bookkeeping experience, including construction, food service, non-profit organizations, doctors, lawyers, and retail; financial reporting and tax return preparations. She has been an office manager for two different construction companies and a local deli consisting of two stores, and a purchasing agent for a fire sprinkler company.
Veronica Saldana is a bookkeeper for MJ Moore & Company. Veronica is a graduate from Advanced Technologies Academy, where she has majored in business and finance, with a concentration in accounting. She is currently attending university majoring in accounting, planning on pursuing master's degree. She has experience in the banking industry. Veronica has previously been on an internship at the National Security Technologies, which manages and operates the Nevada Test Site. She was working in the accounting department with the Chief Financial Officers.
